Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern the use of the online service JuliaGo (the «Service»).
1.2. By using the Service, including placing an order, paying and receiving an eSIM, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.
1.3. A User who does not agree with these Terms must stop using the Service.
2. What is sold
2.1. The Service sells digital goods and services of an intangible nature: eSIM profiles, mobile data plans, top-ups and related service operations. No physical goods are shipped.
2.2. An eSIM is a digital profile that is activated on the User's device. The mobile internet depends on the country of travel, the local network operators, network coverage and the settings of the device.
2.3. The User understands and agrees that connection quality, speed and network availability are determined by local operators and are not fully controlled by the Service.
2.4. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of any particular operator's network or a specific speed at a specific location.
3. Delivery and moment of fulfilment
3.1. The product is delivered electronically. After payment the User receives an activation code (a QR code) together with the manual installation details.
3.2. Delivery is made to the email address given by the User when placing the order, and the same details are shown on the screen immediately after payment. No other delivery method is used, and no postal shipment takes place.
3.3. Delivery is automatic and normally takes a few minutes. The obligation of the Service is considered fulfilled at the moment the activation code is issued to the User.
3.4. If the activation code has not arrived within one hour of payment, the User should contact support at support@juliago.app.
4. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
4.1. The Service is provided on an «AS IS» basis.
4.2. The Service does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
- that any particular result will be achieved;
- uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.
4.3. The Service is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profit;
- the consequences of how the User applies the services received;
- acts or omissions of third parties, including network operators;
- temporary technical failures and access restrictions.
4.4. All decisions about the use of the services are taken by the User independently and at their own risk.
5. Lawful use
5.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate any unlawful activity.
5.2. The User undertakes to use the Service only within the applicable law and the rules of third parties.
5.3. Responsibility for the lawfulness of the use of the Service rests entirely with the User.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. All materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual property law.
6.2. The User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties or otherwise use the materials of the Service without the permission of the rights holder.
6.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in access to the Service being restricted without compensation.
7. Restriction of access
7.1. The Service may suspend or restrict a User's access in the event of:
- a breach of these Terms;
- detected abuse;
- requirements of the law or of payment providers.
7.2. A restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
7.3. The Service reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risk for the Service, for payment providers or for third parties.
8. Payments and refunds
8.1. Payment is made on the terms shown in the Service before the payment is completed. All prices on this version of the site are stated in US dollars.
8.2. Because the product is digital, no refund is made for plans that have been activated, used or expired.
8.3. A refund is possible if the plan has not been activated and no more than 30 days have passed since the payment, and also in the case of a confirmed technical failure on the side of the Service.
8.4. A technical failure must be reported to support within 1 hour of the moment the problem was noticed, with supporting evidence attached.
8.5. The full refund terms are published on the Refund Policy page.
8.6. The User undertakes not to start a chargeback through a payment system without contacting the support of the Service first.
9. Privacy
9.1. The Service collects the minimum technical data required for its operation. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
9.2. The Service takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
10. Changes to the Terms
10.1. The Service may amend these Terms.
10.2. The current version is published in the Service.
10.3. Continued use of the Service means that the User accepts the updated Terms.
11. Contact
11.1. For any question the User can contact support at support@juliago.app. This is the only support channel.
By placing an order on juliago.app the User confirms that they have read these Terms of Service and accept them in full.
