Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information JuliaGo collects, how it is used and how it is protected. In short: the account identifier, technical information and the history of interactions are collected; the data is used to run the product, to contact the User and to improve the Service; it is shared with third parties only where the law requires it or where the User has agreed.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») governs the processing and protection of the information that the User provides when using the Service.

1.2. By using the Service the User confirms their agreement with this Policy. A User who does not agree must stop using the Service.

2. What is collected

2.1. The Service may collect the following data:

  • the email address and the account identifier;
  • technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system data);
  • the history of interactions with the Service.

2.2. The Service does not ask the User for passport data, identity documents, photographs or any other personal information beyond the minimum required for the product to work.

3. How the information is used

3.1. The Service uses the information it receives only in order to:

  • operate the product;
  • contact the User, including notifications and support;
  • analyse and improve the Service.

4. Sharing with third parties

4.1. The Service does not share the data it receives with third parties, except where:

  • this is required by law;
  • this is necessary to fulfil obligations towards the User, for example when working with payment systems;
  • the User has given consent.

5. Storage and protection

5.1. Data is stored for as long as it is needed for the purposes of processing.

5.2. The Service takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always involves risk.

6.2. The Service is not liable for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User.

7. Changes to the Policy

7.1. The Service may amend this Policy.

7.2. Continued use of the Service after a change means that the User accepts the new version of the Policy.
